How can a global retail system feel culturally specific without losing consistency?

Nike partnered with Moment to develop a flexible identity system for a series of boutique retail concepts designed to launch across culturally distinct neighborhoods worldwide. The challenge was to create a visual language that could scale globally while still feeling deeply connected to the character and energy of each individual city.

Working closely with Nike’s internal brand team, we developed a modular identity framework built to adapt across storefronts, environmental graphics, merchandise, campaigns, and local activations. The system balanced bold typographic clarity with a flexible structure that allowed each location to express its own cultural perspective while remaining unmistakably Nike.

The resulting identity helped position each space not simply as a retail destination, but as a community-driven cultural hub centered around sport, design, and local creative expression.
