The collaboration with Ouster, a San Francisco-based lidar company, focused on shaping a brand as advanced and precise as their multi-beam flash lidar technology. Designed for autonomous vehicles, robotics, and drones, Ouster’s sensors power the future of machine vision, but their brand needed to match the clarity and ambition of the product.

In partnership with Elbow, we led the development of a strategic brand foundation, defining positioning, voice, and core principles to guide the system forward. Building on that, we created a flexible brand identity and extended it into packaging design and key touchpoints, ensuring the experience felt as considered as the technology itself. The result is a confident, minimal brand that cuts through a crowded, overly technical space, clear, modern, and built to evolve alongside the platform it represents.
